General Terms of Service governing the use of Srev Evolution software, websites, and development contracts.
All software development, consulting, and digital marketing projects are delivered in accordance with individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed between Srev Evolution Pvt Ltd and the client.
Upon receipt of final milestone payments, full ownership of custom code and deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding proprietary pre-built SREV modular framework cores licensed under standard usage.
Any disputes or legal matters arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
